Dublin, D22 YX80 About The Role Key Duties and Responsibilities Taking food and beverage orders. Ensure guests have a positive dining experience. Clearing / cleaning tables and ensuring customer areas are kept tidy. Ensure good working knowledge of industry. Provide a friendly, courteous, and professional service at all times. Attend training and meetings as and when required. Up-sell and maximize sales whenever and wherever possible. Contribute to other team duties. Ensure the responsible sale of alcohol in accordance with the law. Adhering to best practice health & safety at work.
