Red D are recruiting a Bar Manager for a luxury countryside retreat near Dublin. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experiencedBar Manager to join a property known for award-winning hospitality, exceptional dining and warm, attentive service. Set in a stunning location just outside Dublin, this role offers the chance to lead bar operations in a truly special setting. AsBar Manager, youll take charge of bar service across the property. Youll manage staffing, stock control, event service and guest satisfaction while working closely with senior management to deliver a five-star experience. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who enjoys being part of the floor team while inspiring and developing others.
