Make-up Artist / Beauty Sales Advisor

Passionate about the beauty industry? Monroe Recruitment are hiring Experienced Make-up artist / sales advisors to join our team in Dublin Airport. This is an excellent opportunity to showcase your make-up artistry skills across many beauty brands, alongside meeting Sales and KPIs. Please note : This role is subject to a garda vetting background check, spanning 5 years. Successful candidates will be guided through this process, with the process taking approximately 7 - 8 weeks. Requirements : 5am shifts Qualified Make-up Artist Available weekdays 18 years+ Accessibility to travel to Dublin Airport for early mornings Recognized Make-up Qualification About you : A genuine passion for the beauty industry and luxury brands from skincare to make-up Previous experience in a luxury beauty setting Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills Provide tailored excellent customer service to new / existing customers based on their needs and supporting them Have great understanding of how to enhance facial aesthetics through makeup Confident in delivering skin consultations i.e., foundation matching, colour correcting & demonstrate product usage and application techniques Product / Trend awareness : staying up to date with make-up trends, and product ranges through social media, attending brand trainings, customer feedback etc. Impeccable personal presentation On the job : Building relationships through delivering excellent customer service, bring energy and passion as a brand ambassador Creative mindset / adaptability & have excellent attention to detail to deliver upon customer requests Merchandising and Management of stock levels : Ensuring counter is fully stocked to brand standard; Assisting in promotional / new product launch merchandising Deliver upon agreed sales targets and KPIs including, applying link selling & upselling sales techniques Sales & Stock management reporting Hygiene & Housekeeping : Ensuring counters, make-up brushes & Accessories are always clean and maintaining stock level in store Note : There is no relocation package / sponsorship provided for this role Skills : Excellent customer service Communication (Verbal And Written) make up artistry Benefits : company events company training employee discount
