SSA are looking for a Senior Architect on behalf of our client, a well-know Architecture Firm, based in Limerick.

Job Description

Lead the development of architectural projects from schematic design through construction administration

Manage project schedules, budgets, and staffing to ensure efficient project delivery

Coordinate all aspects of project documentation, including drawing sets and specifications

Oversee and mentor junior staff and design team members

Act as primary liaison with clients, consultants, and contractors throughout all phases.

Requirements

Relevant Qualification & RIAI Registered Architect

Minimum 5+ years Exp.

In Ireland

Experience running projects

Experience with Public works contracts beneficial

Proficiency in all relevant design software
