As the first point of contact, youll play a vital role in ensuring every client feels welcomed, valued, and cared for from the moment they arrive. Flexible Work Schedule Weekdays : Monday to Friday 5 : 00 PM to 10 : 00 PM Weekends : Saturday & Sunday 9 : 00 AM to 9 : 00 PM Flexible schedule options available alternate weekends or choose your preferred days and times! This role is ideal for someone seeking part-time work with the flexibility to balance life and career. Responsibilities include : Greet clients warmly and maintain a professional, inviting front desk environment Manage appointments and client enquiries via phone, email, and in-person Coordinate daily schedules and ensure the clinic runs smoothly Process payments and manage client records accurately Support the clinical team with general admin duties Key Requirements : Excellent communication and customer service skills Previous experience in reception or a clinic / spa setting desirable but not essential.
